Our initial brief is to come up with a website and inform people about a topic.I have chosen to do a website about halloween. This is because halloween is coming up and people are going to want good ideas for costumes to dress up as.It will have diffrent themes and all kinds of characters,things and animals. This will help them figure out what to wear for halloween or even just to have a look at. My website will include contents such as history of halloween,scary videos ,halloween costumes ,halloween jokes ,halloween tips ,halloween recipes ,pranks and tips , superstictions and some more.Plus images and colours that will go with the theme of the website.
Initial design ideas
I like how it's very simple and not cluttered. It's very easy to read. I like how you have tabs on the side. And pictures though there isn't much. I like the colour that you mixed with orange, which is white. It makes it lighter looking. I really like the font too.
Design#2
I like how you have column stuff kind of on the side and you have more pictures on this design. I dislike the font, I think the first one was better. Maybe you could clean up your pictures a bit. But I think this is good. :)
Design #3
I don't really like this one that much. Maybe because of the pictures that you put in. I think that they will give me nightmares. You need to think about your viewers, little kids may go on this site and get the fright of their life if they see the pictures. I think that this design is pretty messy as well. But despite the pictures and all the messyness, I think it's a really good design! I really like the font on this one too. :)))))

The layout is basic and simple which allows viewers to navigate the webstie more easily. The color scheme is great because it is relevant to your topic. I also like the font because it gives you this dripping blood effect.
Desgin #2:
The title really pops out because of the contrast in color. The photos on the left could be a little more organised because they look squished. Maybe you could have experimented with the colors more because it is vey similar to the previous design.
Design #3:
I love the background, the ghosts gives a very spooky effect to the page. I also like the font and its color because it looks like it glows and pops out of the page. The layout is simple and easy to navigate in but the pictures look a little out of place this could be fixed by blendign the edges more to the background, but overall I think that Design #3 is the best, well done sweetie!
First of all, i like the font. Its very Halloween-ish. Although the pictures look kind of out of place. The tabs are in a good place. The navigation is very simple. The layout is tidy - not clustered all over the place. :)
Design 2:
I personally don't really like this design. The format is kind of messy and all over the place. :/ The pictures are clustered too. You dont have many tabs,theres only three! I reckon you could tidy this up a little if you were gonna use it.
Design 3:
This layout is kinda okay. Although the pictures are pretty all over the place (like the ones before). I think you could work on the font in this one. And the pictures. :D
Design #2: This design does not look as effective as the previous design. I like the colour and look of the title, but it doesn't look as easy to navigate as the first one. The pictures are a bit squashed together and hard to see.
Design #3: I really like the use of the background in this design the ghosts are relevant to the topic and do not overtake the design. I also like the title it seems to glow on the page. I once again think the positioning of the pictures could be changed.
Design #3 is my favourite.
By looking at the feedback given to me about my concept designs there are a few changes i need to make to make it be an effective website. most of the stakeholders favourties were Design #3 because of the pictures, background and the heading. Although one of the stakeholders didnt like the scary images very much , so i need to change them up and make them look a little bit less scary. I also need to arrange them better.
